The survey conducted by FOCUS MONEY and DEUTSCHLAND TEST shows which companies have put in the best start to the new year. The publishers of the meta-study had already awarded the "Innovation Prize" to HARTING in 2021. Among other things, the current "Company of the Year" award assessed the price-performance ratio, customer trust (recommendation, reliability), service quality as well as sustainability in economic, ecological and social terms. HARTING convinced the jury in every dimension and took the highest marks in each case. Consequently, the sector winner set the benchmark for all other companies examined within the industry. The survey put around 21,000 companies to the test.
Proceeding from a neutral data basis, the analysis by "DDW Die Deutsche Wirtschaft" on the importance and evaluation of the companies was based on 28 factors with different weightings. These included turnover and employee figures, the respective strength of patent activities, expenditure on research and development, employer offerings, industry cooperation activities, certifications, investment activities, offers of dual courses of study, university partnerships, sustainability aspects, online visibility and the age of the company. HARTING, founded in Minden in 1945, also features as one of the eight world market leaders based in the towns and communities of the Minden-Lübbecke district.
Philip Harting, CEO of the HARTING Technology Group was delighted to receive the awards: "This makes us proud and is at the same time an obligation to further consolidate these top positions and always convince our customers with quality."
