AI-Supported Customer Service Processes for the Fiber Optics Industry

.

  • Fiberdays in Wiesbaden are the leading trade fair for fiber optic expansion in the telecommunications and digital industry
  • Arvato Systems presents the ‘Fiber Suite’, an IT solution for AI-supported customer service processes, to the trade audience

Arvato Systems will once again be exhibiting at Fiberdays on February 27 and 28. In Hall South at booth V2, interested visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about the ‘Fiber Suite’. The cloud-based software-as-a-service solution offers a modular process environment for open access in wholesale and wholebuy scenarios for IT infrastructures.

"The market environment in the fiber optic sector has changed significantly in recent months. After a phase of rapid growth and massive investment in the construction of new infrastructures, consolidation is now taking place. The focus is on robust IT processes and optimizing the existing customer and connection base," says Dirk Brinkmann, responsible for products for the fiber optic industry at Arvato Systems. "Now our customers and their customer base can benefit in particular from the performance and end-to-end data model of the ‘Fiber Suite’."

To ensure process flows and efficient operation of the respective market interfaces, all process data must be cleaned and prepared. Many providers have neglected this during the growth phase and must now make up for it as fast as possible. The cross-market role data model within the ‘Fiber Suite’ provides the optimum environment for customer and infrastructure data.

Dirk Brinkmann emphasizes: "A clean data basis is also the basic prerequisite for being able to use customer service processes with the help of innovative technologies such as the Microsoft Copilot available in the ‘Fiber Suite’ for the CRM module."

At the trade fair, there will be numerous opportunities to find out about the Arvato Systems range and to talk to the team:

  • Oliver Gürtler, member of the management board of Microsoft Germany, will present the current focus of the cooperation between Arvato Systems and Microsoft at the opening congress of Fiberdays, especially in the field of AI technologies.
  • Various examples will then be presented in detail in regular showcases at the Arvato Systems booth.
  • In addition, a seminar entitled "From AI hype to practice: What AI Co-Pilots are already achieving in the fiber optics industry today!" will take place on Monday, February 27 at 1:55 p.m. in the Open Space Hall North together with Microsoft.
  • On the second day of the event at 11:45 a.m., visitors will have the opportunity to listen to Dirk Brinkmann as a participant on the Technology, Innovations and Services panel in the Open Space South Hall.

Also in Hall South, at booth P-HP3, interested visitors can exchange ideas with the financial services provider Riverty, a sister company of Arvato Systems. With its Accounting-as-a-Service product, Riverty supports broadband providers in scaling and takes over all necessary accounts receivable accounting processes, including dunning and debt collection, in a highly automated manner.

In cooperation, Arvato Systems and Riverty offer broadband companies an end-to-end process chain that enables long-term and sustainable growth. Both companies are members of the Bundesverband Breitbandkommunikation e.V. (BREKO).
