“The all about automation trade fair brings together experts, users and decision-makers. With its expertise and extensive range of services and product portfolio in the fields of Cndustrial communication and automation, LAPP is exactly right here", summarises Karl Heckl, CSO LA EMEA. "We are bringing our answers to the challenges in the industry of today and tomorrow to the trade fair, because in line with our new brand identity ‘alive by LAPP’, we have the knowledge and technologies to bring industries to life."
The Stuttgart-based company is taking part in the trade fair in Friedrichshafen for the first time and has a lot in store for users: Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) technology is becoming increasingly important for LAPP, as it replaces conventional fieldbuses and enables integration into IP-based networks. In addition to the well-known two-core cables and patch cables, LAPP will also be presenting SPE connectors and prototypes of switches at the aaa. The comprehensive range is rounded off by the introduction of the first Advanced Physical Layer (APL) cables from LAPP. They mark a significant advance in explosive process automation, as they enable a higher transmission rate with larger ranges.
Trends and future technologies for automation
A look at trends and future technologies is also a must: visitors to the trade fair stand will receive exciting insights into the topic of direct current for a sustainable and efficient factory. LAPP has a complete cable portfolio and expertise from successful customer projects in its product range. LAPP’s zeroCM® technology, which has revolutionised electromagnetic compatibility in machines and systems, is also a must. The tried-and-tested ÖLFLEX® CONNECT solutions, LAPP assemblies, servo assemblies and cable chains, as well as LAPP fibre optic cables for handling large data volumes round off the range offered by the connection expert at the trade fair stand.
Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, LAPP is a leading supplier of integrated solutions and branded products in the field of cable and connection technology.
